We are looking for a Business analyst SharePoint:
Project: The new platform will facilitate mobility, use of portable devices and will be integrated with a secure environment. In that context, the aim to ensure a seamless user experience between content provided by several different back-end systems.
The new solution will optimize the use of current technologies (OpenText, SharePoint, MS Ex-change), document taxonomy and security policy in place for both internal-internal and internal-external exchange and collaboration.
The Programme is expected to continue for 2-4 years.
The tasks/activities will include:
Process and procedures analysis and business process mapping
Business requirements analysis
Preparation of detailed functional requirements
Preparation of IT requirements specifications and technical design
Preparation of mockups
Participation in system testing (before user acceptance tests).
The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:
collaboration sites (documents, forums, wiki)
lists and libraries (metadata, versioning)
webparts (building pages and customisation)
Business process mapping experience in using any BPM tool is necessary
Document management systems. The main areas would be:
Drafting and archival
The staff member must demonstrate competence in:
Strong analytical skills
Strong planning skills
Strong sense of commitment and problem solving attitude
Having good writing skills in English
