Description:

1/Context:

IT applications/products delivered by an entity, leveraging public cloud, the scope of the mission is a focus on architecture governance and design of architecture evolutions for 2 applications:
- 1. IT Services Management (ServiceNow - SaaS),
- 2. Content Management (in-house SaaS, based on AWS + RedHat Open Shift + Marklogic).

Specific attention regarding data architecture (data modeling, data integration) and security architecture (authentication, data encryption, disaster recovery).

2/Services:

- Analysis and understanding of the context and current architectures
- Collaboration with product managers, product owners, development teams to understand the new requirements or challenges
- Investigation on specific topics (new functionalities, legacy migration, etc.)
- Architecture design, analysis and summarization
- Proof of Concepts definition and realization (if needed)

3/Deliverables:

- Architecture design (formalization of business rational and requirements, IT & Data architecture proposals and illustrations, infrastructure architecture, recommendations)
- Architecture governance
- Proof of Concepts
