Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and lightning advanced configuration, in particular on:
o Validation Rule
o Workflow Rule
o Assignement
o Email-to-Case
o Flow et process builder
Clear understanding of Apex, Visual force, triggers, automation, API connections and security within Salesforce, even if you will not be in charge of those developments
Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL or SOQL
Good communication skills with an emphasis on verbal and written communication
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong Agile mindset and Proven experience in AGILE methodology implementation and JIRA tool
Experience in Customer Services Projects and related business topics
Experience working with APIs (REST & SOAP), and third-party integrations (Talend).
Fluent French (most of oral communication are in French)
Professional English (all deliverables are in English)

Must have 5+ years of IT development experience
must have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com platform and service cloud
