Description de la mission :



Key tasks will be:

o The Business Analyst is expected to help to the enhancements and deployment of the Claims assessment module and medical-underwriting module in the different macro-markets of the Business Unit,
o It requires to acquire some knowledge of the project Claims & medical-underwriting processes as well as some project reference data, in a short period of time.
o It also requires to understand the different IT solutions used during these processes (mainly Bizagi BPM market tool and Life Admin in house solution), and their interactions to be able to have a transversal functional and high-level technical view of the processes
o The Business Analyst will help gathering the business functional requirements, document detailed functional specifications and make the bridge with the IT Team for the developments works
o It involves to prepare and participate to functional workshops and be able to translate the needs to the developers, raise any blockers, follow-up on those to make sure the rights stakeholders are involved to design proper solutions
o Providing support during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the releases will also be needed to run the tests cases written by the person in charge, report any issue and ensure proper follow-up (retest) until it is fixed
o The Business Analyst will be one member of a cross functional Team involving multiple departments from IT, Business and project. Flexibility will be required to work in an agile project environment.

Profil recherché :



Our client seek a claim expert in the Life (Re)Insurance industry to work within the project cross functional Project Team. You must be fluent in English because you will be working with international people

BA experience incl. 3 years on Life (re)insurance project / or Life (Re)Insurance operations
Experience with large IT projects in Financial Services using Agile Methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to act as both interface and facilitator with both Business Users and Technical Teams
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of business & processes
Demonstrated ability to have a production/operational role on a project

The scope of the project Phase 2 (Feb 2021 June 2022) is made of multiple activities and involves multiple teams, requiring a strong coordination in order to ensure a smooth delivery. The External consultant / Business Analyst will work on the claims management which includes claim verification (managed by technical Accountants) and claim assessment (managed by claim assessors), and the worldwide roll-out of the claim modules within the Life BU. Although claim verification and claim assessment modules are already live-in production, the functional integration between the 2 processes is what is to be defined with the Business.
