CONTEXT

The International Client team, currently reporting to the E-com & amp;
CRM director, defines and implements the client relationship management & amp; insight strategy in close coordination with the retail and e-commerce departments as complement to the brand's product, communication, and commercial strategies. Its main aimis to maximize client recruitment, satisfaction and loyalty.

In the context of the arrival of a new artistic direction, our client aims to accelerate Client centricity within the
Maison, via an increased use of data and client knowledge.
The Client insight consultant will report to the International Client Director, and will work in close collaboration
with the International CRM manager, the Client data scientist, the communication / retail / e-com
departments, the Richemont group and the CRM managers in region.

MAIN PURPOSE

His/Her main objective is the effective implementation of the Client insight roadmap for the upcoming fiscal
year, as well as the professionalization of the reporting activity to promote client culture in the Maison.
