Client objectives
Within the Marketing department, The project manager will be in charge of a strategic project for the group : the
creation of company new websites who are today 100
institutional websites and should become institutional + showroom of our offers.
The project is part of our Move 2025 Strategic plan

Functional area
The project manager will be in charge of the coordination of different streams :
Selection of a new CMS (technical solution for website content) through a RFP, taking into account the
needs of the marketing departments of all company entities
Alignment with Architecture, security, etc departments to ensure compliance with company, Société
Générale and general rules/regulations (GDPR, cookies etc )
Assessment of AS-IS situation with websites currently online to ensure we have a good understanding of
how local marketing departments are using the current websites (institutional content)
Design of the new customer journeys led by our Digital Marketing product owner with the support of
UX/UI designer agency
Implementation of new SEO/SEA strategy
Deployment of the websites
Decomissoning of current websites

Prestation Description
Project Management SENIOR (extremely organized with strong time-management skills, excellent communicator and team player, trustworthy and a good motivator, able to lead meeting and facilitate workshops,

Construction of websites (CMS)
Languages: English
Availability: trips may be required
Experience in car rental activities or fleet management is a plus
Knowledge of tools and processes of project management
