Mission :




Executive presentation building & committee preparation (Presentation to support Senior IT Monthly Business Reviews)


IT Budget process documentation and suggested improvement


Analytics of IT spend, trend, KPIs by Activity and Service


Animation of Gate Reviews (forum for Project Managers to validate promotion of project phases)


Demand management process improvement


IT Business Case preparation - Preparation of supporting document for IT


As there is already a PMO in the team, this person will not work with project portfolio management, but on the following activities:


- Preparation of a business case for the presentation of projects to the investment committees;

- Preparation of IT Business Review for the Executive Committee

- Preparation of the Budget presentation, including analysis of the evolution of IT costs

- Participation in management and governance activities in a global rollout project of the ABC Cost Management model, including presentations to the Management Committee.
