Mon client recherche un Consultant Office 365 avec une bonne expertise sur Teams :


1/ Context
strong skills & support to deliver the new product around Teams Unified Communcation service as Phone System, Audio Conferencing & Teams Only Several thousands of end users still need to migrate on the traget Teams environment.
International envirornemnt:
- Member of an european team located in Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland)
- Interaction with Indian/Polish L2/L3 Support (Cap Gemini)
- Customers mainly in Europe (FR, SP, IT, UK, CH, IE...) and few in Asia (HK, ID, SG, MY)

2/ Services
responsible for the technological part of O365 BAU support and O365 related projects. These projects will focus on communication and collaboration tools, Teams, Telephony, Audio conferencing
- Design and setup of all Telephony related projects. These may be pure O365 Teams related or a hybrid model using some legacy telephony platforms (Alcatel/Cisco/Avaya) and integrated with O365 Teams with Direct routing (SIP Trunking, SBC Oracle mainly)
