Besoin : To support Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Plan study & Implementation
Contexte : Technology and Transformation (T&T) has set the ambition to strengthen and industrialize the Business continuity Management and Disaster recovery plan as below
- Formalize as-is BCM organization for T&T
- Identify pain points and the improvement areas from the business, BCM teams and stakeholders (LOD1 and LOD2)
- Propose the target BCM organization for T&T
- Implement the target BCM organization for T&T
- Propose, and implement BCM target operating model with the benchmark of the other peers
