Description de la mission :



You will act as CRM specialist on both functional and operational side:
Functional
Support business lines on their day to day activities: provide expertise, good practices to the CRM users
Prioritize requests from the business
Conduct business analysis and manage projects assigned by your manager
Make a proper communication on each release
Proceed to diverse data updates on CRM (sales allocation, massive data upload etc.)
Make all required developments around the CRM (specifications, developments, tests, delivery, training of the users)
Provide support on marketing tool campaign: ClickDimension

Technical
Dynamics CRM 365 on-premises administration, user interface customization (UCI)
Development of web resources with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Development of workflows, plugins and batches with SDK
Development of reports (rdl) with SSRS, knowledge of T-SQL and CRM database architecture
Development of SSIS packages to interface CRM with other system, knowledge of KingsWaySoft is a plus
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM Online Is a plus
Capable of debugging with different tools, e.g. XrmToolBox

Required Profile
Bac + 2
Proven experience with CRM MS Dynamics
Knowledge of Clickdimension or any other campaign automation tool
