Description de la mission :



The purpose of the role is to ensure that the Operating Companies (OpCo) adopt the new eCommerce platform and scale the number of customers they decide to onboard.

Day to day:
Work with the OpCos to gather, qualify and prioritize customer feedback.
Work with the Digital Factory's Product Management and Studio team to include customer feedback in the roadmap.
Provide a great onboarding experience to the Sales teams in the OpCos
Know the product inside out to be able to advise the OpCos on a solution to their needs
Coach the OpCo's local PO in their role and help them implement processes and tools to sustain the adoption.
Closely collaborate with the other Customer Success / Product Marketing leads to ensure a standardized approach.
