Lead major projects, enhancing definition and growth of product aligned with company vision and strategy

Responsible for management of 120+ resources

Own the operational client relationship for all delivery matters

Oversee the development and management of product roadmap

End-to-end delivery of Services meeting aggressive time frames and operating in difficult working environment

Collect strategic impact and quality of product delivery

Lead high-performing and engaged personnel through strong leadership, creating clear and measurable goals, team building strategies, progress monitoring, ongoing feedback, coaching, mentoring

Oversaw activity transfer

Build product and development teams

Has background in bespoke software development

Deploy mobile apps and Google Home VPA application for international launch

In charge of the Electric Vehicules Connected Services portfolio

Experience in running complex bespoke software delivery at scale using scaled Agile/SAFe delivery organisations

Experienced in running delivery organisations with an ecosystem of subcontractor organisations

Sets and governs the overall tone, pace and quality of software factory organisation
