Key Responsibilities:


The Solutions Delivery NPI role is a pivotal link between the Solutions Development and regional Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless continuity and visibility of the scheduling of quality outcomes for our customers, specifically this means


At Macro level - work with the relevant stakeholders to establish what the scope and acceptance criteria is for the outcomes we are committing to achieve with pilots and NPI.

Consulting and interacting with external Customers as driven by the Android Programme priority requirements.

Providing regular reports and updates into the Core Team and wider Android programme

To ensure that any NPI RAID points are clearly communicated and managed on a priority basis

Ensure that the supporting processes and documentation relating to NPI are managed and available as required

Ensure that pilots (field tests) with our customers are properly scheduled and that the scope of functions and features are well identified and aligned with the planning of the Core Team.

Provide leadership, direction and support to internal and external teams aa a Core Android Team stakeholder.

Ensure our NPI practices are within the Solutions Delivery QA framework and the team can comply with all audits and processes

Work with other teams and wider stakeholders to action any inter-dependencies and any blocking issues related to NPI tasks are managed to through to a successful conclusion

Constantly strive to find the most effective and efficient way to eliminate non-quality through the latest industry tools and practices.
