Contexte de la mission
In a context of development of the company and the rapid increase in team activity, we need to strengthen the Helpdesk team (it support).

Objectifs de la mission et tâches

Mission objectives and tasks

Deployment and maintenance of stations, user assistance:
Processing of user tickets (Worldwide)
Processing of direct requests from employees (Worldwide)
Prepare IT workstations stations for new employees.
Help with connections during moves
Ensure the proper functioning of networks and connections.
Monitoring of maintenance operations.
Establish technical solutions adapted to the problems encountered.
Ensure reporting to your hierarchical superiors
Ensure compliance with software legislation
Physical installation: Network, office, various equipment.
Stock management: Storage, Inventories.



Answer questions and assist users

Provide technical support to users to compile and handle issues encountered
Intervene directly or send out a technician to resolve the user’s problem
Organise ad hoc training sessions for users
Manage equipment

Maintain and improve IT hardware (stock management, delivery and reception of material, etc.)
Forecast the size of the fleet of machines
Update and apply security procedures: antivirus, systematic station backups
