Job description

Cloud Operations Practices design and adoption
Collect, specify, the requirements for the SRE practices
Document the SRE practices
Bridge between the cloud devops context with the on premise ITSM processes (ITIL v3)
Manage the adoption of the practices across the cloud devops tribes

Implementation of the process in the ITSM tooling
- Tool selection if required
- design and implement the process in the tools

Project management activities together with the Project Manager
Workshops facilitation
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to build the practices
User stories in Jira
Ensure the developments are compliant with the designed pr...
