Description of the proposed mission
QOS and Major incident Manager - Setup and Animate the new Major Incident Management process and communication. Define and conduct QOS organisation on apllications and services through the current ITIL process.

Functional skills required
Fluent in English - Strong relashionship management in internationnal environment - IT team Management - Ability to work with high and transversal stakholders - Ability to convince - Ability to revie and challenge processus - Ability to work on 24/7.
