Hanson regan is looking for a Project Management Marketing Support for a 8 month contract based in Paris

Skills
Seasoned marketer with big picture mindset and exceptional project management skills
Strong senior stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
Proven collaborator in highly matrixed environments
Event experience virtual and in-person
Writing; editing skills (event invitations, agendas, reg pages, post-event key take-aways)
Go-getter personality with strong bias for action
Self-motivated with keen sense of accountability

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the global CFO&EV marketing lead to plan, execute and continuously optimize the execution of this new European marquee program with prestigious academic partner

o Liaison for Executive Leadership Group
o Plan and run periodic Steering Committee calls
o Liaison for project team and faculty team

Agenda, session topics, speakers manage process for identifying most relevant topics and presenters
o Work with ELG and Steering Committee
