Contexte de la mission
SalesForce automation (SFA), 2/ Sales Business Planning (Trade Promotion Management), 3/ Multi-customers engagement solutions (customer portals) and 4/ Automation (image recognition, venue audit, DAM).



Objectifs de la mission et tâches
Job Aim:

Engage with all key sales functions in the relevant markets
Drive business convergence regarding processes & operating model
Maintain and share the vision of the Salesforce Automation solution and its add-ons
Define EPIC and user stories and prioritize the product backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities
Influence the content of the releases from the vendor's product CGCloud from SalesForce


Roles and responsibilities:

Drive business processes convergence
Partner with the sales business leads to become a domain expert and deeply understand the market companies processes to drive convergence
Be a strong voice for the Sales CoE and manage expectations with stakeholders across the company
Actively work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to define the features to be delivered, and gather feedback, ideas, and buy-in from various groups throughout the development life cycle
Prepare and facilitate the alignment boards ensuring they deliver
Escalate any issues to the Head of the Center of Excellence




Maintain and share product vision
Develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap with a strong focus on business impact and value
Be the subject matter expert for the product and understand relevant dependencies and adherences
Provide advanced-level knowledge concerning the relevant users, their needs, and their pain points






Prioritize the product backlog
Conceive and document product epics/user stories: break the product into epics and implementable user stories, articulate/map user stories, coordinate mockups creation and identify acceptance criteria for the stories
Take part in relevant scrum ceremonies, lead backlog grooming sessions, and prioritize product backlog
Gather and arbitrate feedback from users from multiple iterations of the product to continually improve and drive value
Be accountable for ensuring that the team delivers value to the business on a frequent and consistent basis
Set up and track metrics to measure product effectiveness and user' satisfaction




Collaborate with counterparts
Be the representative of the users, functional contributors, and product sponsor
Act as the voice of the business for the scrum team: clearly communicate the business expectations and justifications (the why ) for any given feature
Be readily available to the Scrum team throughout the development life cycle to clarify requirements and accept the stories as they are completed
Build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to encourage collaboration and open communication
Participate to the vendor instances on release content definition to push Pernod Ricard's requirements


Job Scope:

Internal stakeholders: Sales stakeholders of all the affiliates, IT Solutions, Business Relationship Managers, Data and Integration Centers of Excellence
Key External stakeholders: SalesForce (POS/consultants and architects) PwC (consultants / PO / delivery teams)


Livrables
Profile required:

Bachelor's and/or Master degree from Engineering or Business School / University
10+ years of experience in Consumer Goods
Agile Certified highly preferred
Experienced in Salesforce Automation projects
Languages and other skills:
Fluent in English and French. Spanish is a nice to have.
High leadership & communication skills in order to drive a multi-cultural convergence
Conflict solver, strategist, and critical thinker.


Technical Skills & tools:
Experience with SalesForce solutions a must. With CG Cloud a clear plus.
Understanding of technology & modern architecture (data model, AI, integrations, development )
Jira or equivalent: sprint management, product backlog management (user stories and EPICs)
