We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end IT Systems and Infrastructure carve out of a number of international business units:

Coordinating projects and resource management within the program

Stakeholder and sponsor communications

Reporting

Program financial management



Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Month +

Location: Remote – EU Base

Tariff: TBD



Lead the development of the overall approach for the program, its major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables

Lead regular interactions with the M&A Business Services team, Services leadership team and Develop and control the program budget, and manage expenditure

Ensures and balance the availability of the required skills and competencies across project teams

Oversees the execution of program projects, their progress compared with the plan
