Contexte de la mission
Initial engagement is for an IT Project Manager responsible for the full execution of migration/consolidation of 8 DC (US and EU) into 4 DC
The role is to work with Industry/Product units by building/executing detailed plans for migrating all compute servers and the related data
Reporting to the Chief Service Deliver Officer
Objectifs de la mission et tâches
Prepare all project plan validated by key stakeholders
Build the database to follow for all technical assets (HW Platforms, SW licences)
Develop and document the planning to complete migration strategy: Sequence and Timeline, Resource plan, Budget (logistics / insurance)
Co-ordinate engagement of all internal and external dependencies (suppliers / DC provider)
Schedule and chair regular project steering committee meetings
Supervising internal IT staff, vendors and suppliers
Supervising installation of IT infrastructure
Project management including regular management reporting for projects remediation
Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures
