Description de la mission :

1/ What is the context of the request?

Key dates

The Worldline Innovation & Experience Centre is planned to open in October 2021 and will be upgraded and fine-tuned until the end of the year.

The Design phase finished in May 2021 and the Implementation phase starts in June until the end of the year.

The external inaugurating event will take place over 3 days, on Nov 17-19. It is involving WL major customers and fintechs.

Setup of a full Innovation ecosystem

In this centre, there will be some demos of Worldline and we need support on their integration into the global setup.

The centre will be much more than a showcasing area. It is designed as a very immersive space, at the heart of a very digital innovation ecosystem making it possible to interact and show WL assets all over the world (eg in any WL office, in fairs).

Involvement of a lot of various stakeholders

The operational implementation involves various stakeholders among which:
Internal to Worldline: the Innovation Centre core team, the Housing & Logistics team
External; the Contractant général, the specific suppliers
The Operation PM will be integrated in the Innovation Centre core team

2/ Scope of work

The Operational PM will join the team to secure the implementation phase, especially when it comes to planning, follow up and coordination.

The mission of the Operational Project Manager will include the following activities:

Prepare and follow up the project / milestones / deliverables
Make sure the project fits into the big picture of the implementation of Worldline new HQ
Elaborate several proposals when needed
Get coordinated with all the major stakeholders (distant + on site)

Main responsibilities

Plan the project
Develop a common schedule for the implementation phase of the project
Review the project schedule with all the stakeholders that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

Implement the project
Monitor the progress of the project(s) and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project

Evaluate the project(s)
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

Short term objectives
Launch the global project planning
Set up the action plan to execute all requested projects
Organize the operational governance (including the follow up of the purchase orders)

3/ Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experimented project manager, used to piloting operationally complex projects. (see details about mission and skills below)

She /He needs be an enthusiastic doer who enjoys continuous challenges, problem solving and has the right attitude to meet the deadlines. We are looking for someone used to a fast-paced and international working environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Computer skills
Standard Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
E-mail (Outlook)
Optional: MS projects
