CherryPick recherche pour l’un de ses clients un Senior IT Project Manager (Front Office / Salesforce)

Missions :

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the quality implementation of projects on time, on scope and on budget according to agreed project standards as well as industry best practice
Define structure, plan, manage and report on assigned IT Projects.
Responsible for liaison with the project steering board in relation to project delivery matters
Responsible for ensuring that all project resources are focused on delivery

Main Accountabilities/Measured On:
Successful delivery of projects assigned against agreed baselines: on scope, on budget, on time and agreed quality.
Responsible for the timely delivery of assigned projects, according to agreed project standards and best practice

Stakeholders:
Project Sponsor, Project board members, Business Leads
Group Executives, IT Leadership team, Region/Country Leadership team
External partners, suppliers
Financial controllers & Portfolio managers
Project team stakeholders including Deployment Manager, Resource Manager, IT Production
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and control the project to ensure the timely delivery of quality code on budget, on scope, according to agreed project standards and best practice.
Ensure the technical solution supports the business case requirements
Provide appropriate leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Stakeholder management - Actively enrols senior business leadership in support and on-going ownership of major projects
Work closely with Business & IT stakeholders for any escalations and works closely with all IT team members on all the required phases of a project from start
Agree the project’s work packages, request resources to carry out the work package creation per project requirements.
Manage the project by stage as defined by the PMO process and standards.
Manage all risks and issues associated with the project escalating where required to assure project delivery
Anticipates the impact of the project on the organization and proactively manages the change, aligning with key leaders
Manage all changes in scope of the project per the PMO process, escalating to the project steering board when requirement changes have an impact on agreed delivery time and budget
Applies advanced ability to manage external resources (e.g. cross-functionally or multi-disciplinary) including offshore delivery models
Validate the vendor KPIs and SLAs are clearly defined in the contracts before going to procurement
Manage the vendor(s) to make certain they are performing to contractual agreements
Ensure the measurement of benefit KPI?s as part of the project closure and hands over the reporting responsibility and schedule to Portfolio Management.
Implement quality improvement guidelines/plans relating to project management processes.
Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements
Deliver appropriate, transparent and effective executive level communication

Professional & Leadership Experience:
Experience of CRM / Front Office Business Processes is preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solution implementation is preferred
10+ years of proven experience in project management through managing large, complex and critical projects in a large global IT organization or consultancy
Proven track record and experience of successful management of cross-cultural teams and global virtual teams
Experience with supplier management and negotiation
High level influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in project accounting / financial control
Recognized achievement in delivering to a strategic agenda

Education & Training :

University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
PMI / Prince2 (or similar industry standard project management qualification desirable)
Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
Minimum Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel within Europe 20 -40 when required
Solid business English
Any additional language is a plus
