The Service Manager is responsible for the complete and sustainable performance and availability of the Global WAN, interconnection of all countries.
Its responsibilities include managing all aspects of supervision, connectivity, network performance, monitoring tools, alarm conditions as well as escalation processes and procedures.
It also includes leading and defining the process of troubleshooting, change management and root cause analysis, interfacing with field operations, engineering team, 3rd party managed services, and network service providers.
Scope of services are WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Videoconferencing systems
Geographic scope is worldwide
