Job Summary :

Implements and maintains Workflows with underlying processes in Service Now with 3 activity’s natures :

1) Process definition
As this work depends highly on the underlying processes, he/she:
- supports process owners IT or/and Business in process definition
- supports process owners IT in cofinguration management system defintion
- defines time, budget, quality objectives for implementation
- monitors operational efficiency of deployed Workflows with Process Owner

2) Process implementation
Based on the process definitions, he/she ensures:
- The implementation (evolution and maintenance)
- templates/forms/widgets/gadjets
- data modeling and quality review
- skripting
- interfaces with other systems
- sanity operations : security, compliance, performance
- versioning, upgrades, evaluation of new features

Developers team support
- Ensures completeness and correctness of specification
- Plans devlopment and deliveries/releases
- Verifies and tests implementation

3) Monitor Service now usage, develop continuous improvement plan and contribute to audits
