Notre client dans le secteur de la Transport recherche un Support Salesforce N2/N3 H/F

Descriptif de la mission :

\ Our client is implementing Salesforce (Sales & Marketing) within all 5 Lines of Business (LoBs) and 5 Regions. The project has started early 2019 and is plan to finish end of 2021. As of today, 4 versions have been already developed and 38 countries/entities have been deployed over 65 (750 users over 2400 in total).
The CRM Support Analyst will be responsible for Group CRM, Salesforce, RUN activities for all regions and LoBs, internal clients within the firm. It covers Salesforce systems (Ligthning, Pardot, Einstein), interfaces related to the systems as well as the collaboration with other team members, LoBs IT as well as service providers.
The CRM Support Analyst will work on CRM RUN Activities, from Support L2 to proactive support activities such as Problem Management as well as Monitoring follow up. Will be as well responsible to maintain knowledge about the activity and will be able to rely on a CRM Support L3 or Expertise teams if needed.
She/he will be the entry point for hypecare during deployment phase (2 weeks of closed support after each country deployment).\

Compétences / Qualités qui seraient un + :

ITIL Basic knowledge in particular in Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Request fulfiment is nice to have. Good analysis and synthsis ability. Good Communication and interaction with end users. Rigorous, result driven. Good English level.
