Description de la mission :

1. Description of the mission

The consultant will be responsible for managing the test team and coordinating the tests performed on the applications of the SA EquityClear business line.

2. Position in the company

The candidate will integrate, as Test Manager, the IT division dedicated to the business line Equity&CommoClear of LCH SA, composed of various profiles like Product Owner, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
He/she will report to the IT Manager and to the project managers in his/her day-to-day activities.

3. Scope of the mission

As part of a major and highly exposed project of the SA EquityClear Business Line, the consultant will work on the following activities

Identify, formalize and track test cycle activities by identifying what needs to be tested, by whom, when (according to project requirements) and in what environment
Prepare the test plan (objectives, resources, processes, planning)
Coordinate the test execution with the Test Team and all stakeholders implied in the testing activity (developers, business analysts, Operations, Risks, )
Ensure that test cases have been prioritized
Ensure for all tests : regression testing, functional & non-functional testing (NFR), an accurate tracking of defects, incidents, etc and provide a daily reporting to project team
Collect and report the testing capacity (by profile) and the testing effort for each project phase
Ensure that there is a good understanding of the incidents / defects with the IT vendor and the BA (Business Analyst) team when it falls under functional specifications
Coordinate defect deliveries with the development team
Follow-up of internal & external testing platforms (availability, monitoring of incidents with IT suppliers, etc.)
Provide support on release management (via acceptance reports)
Prepare Test Reports and delivery content for approval of application releases
Prepare repetitions (test migration) and Go-Live in production with possible work on weekends
Provide functional support to end users during their test execution phase. In this context, the candidate must have a good ability to communicate.
Ensure testing plan approval by PM, Sponsor, Managers
Raise alert if growing gap between testing realized and plan
Communicate widely on a regular basis the test plans to all the project stakeholders (internals or externals)

4. Period

The contract will be established for a renewable period of six months

5. Functional & Technical Skills

Bachelor degree (or equivalent) minimum
At least 5 years of working experience in IT environment as test manager or project manager
Experience of technology delivery in financial services
Proven record in the Financial / Capital Market sector
Strong skills in managing cross-functional project and writing documentation in English
Knowledge in agile methodologies
Tools : JIRA, Automated Testing Tools, Office

6. Interpersonal Skills

English : fluent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Writing skills
Good capacity for analysis and synthesis (reporting).
Direct, dynamic and proactive approach to anticipate and overcome difficulties
Proactive in the choice of testing tool (process / automation)
Team spirit and ability to work with multicultural teams in Paris and London but also with external partners
