As part of this project, two main phases are identified:
Beginning of February to mid-March : ensure alignment with customer and collect information from different data sources (former EA tool based on Aris but not updated during the last three years, different excel files ) in order to prepare the migration
Mid-March end of May : complete missing information in the repository by collecting them with the different stakeholders (Business, IT ) and validate quality of the information available

Gather information from different sources to provide expected inputs by AZ for initial migration
Complete missing information and validate quality of information with EH stakeholders
Manage interactions with Allianz regarding EA tool roll-out
