Workday Time Management solution Lead HRIS
Role : Time Management solution Lead
Activities and deliverables : for its respective scope of processes
Own the solution on its respective scope : take decision on its solution scope, able and responsible to cascade the solution and to ensure proper understanding by regional teams (PMs, Test Leads, Data migration lead) and countries, being able to challenge implementation vendor, HR and countries requirements, if needed (thanks to its functional knowledge)
Participate to Functional and Technical Workshops related to solution and integrations design for all countries in the scope (42 countries) : to understand the context of the countries, to know and ensure requirements are captured in the Functional specification with the level of details expected
Review and sign on the Functional Specification of the solution design and new integrations to build related to its scope : to ensure level of details captured is detailed enough regards to :
Processes design
Mapping of data and Business rules description to implement
Data transfer process (server names, file name, file format, frequency, etc.)
Review and sign on Technical Specification
Unit Testing script review
End 2 End support : participate to E2E follow-up meeting, support the implementation partner and the local testers team to ensure proper understanding of the defect by the implementation partner and follow-up of the corrections delivery to ensure testing to progress within the expected timelines
UAT support : participate to UAT follow-up meeting, support the implementation partner and the local testers team to ensure proper understanding of the defect by the implementation partner and follow-up of the corrections delivery to ensure testing to progress within the expected timelines
KT (Knowledge Transfer) session : participate to KT session preparation and session itself to handover to Support teams
Cutover activities : identify all flows to stop, flows to schedule, as well as identify all tasks to be performed to release into production the solution and respective integrations, and follow-up those activities delivery during the cutover
Stress test lead : scenarios definition, scenarios writing, coordination with actors involved, follow-up of stress test runs : results, analysis implementation partner and iPaaS experts.

Specificities :
Experience in international Global payroll roll-out
With knowledge / experience on Payroll and Time tracking integration with Workday
With knowledge / experience on implementation of integrations with Clock-in/Clock-Out systems and Time management systems
Knowledge / experience on implementation of a HRIS on a large scope of countries, using a Core Model approach
Experience in managing teams in remote
