As a Salesforce CRM Administrator for our Global Salesforce team, you will act as the front line for support requests from our global user base. You have great communication skills and the dream to provide excellent customer service.
Resolve support cases from our user base according to SLA requirements
Run Salesforce administration and configuration, including but not limited to: roles, profiles, fields/relationships, custom objects, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email templates, and custom buttons
Train users and orient them on how to use basic Salesforce functionality
Develop and maintain support documentation
Ensure Data loads and data cleansing
Set up, edit, and deactivate users as needed
Provide adhoc reporting in Salesforce and Excel if necessary
Stay on top of current CRM and SFDC standard methodologies applicable to the industry
You are able to work autonomously with minimal mentorship in a rapidly changing environment, and also like to work with the team
You can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
You have the ability to communicate, establish relationships and influence decision makers is critical to success, and as a tech company data and an analytical approach counts.
