Within the BA team of the IT department, the BA closely works with exchanges, customers and internal teams to provide the necessary expertise to elicit, analyse and document business requirements for technology initiatives. This includes initial high level requirements capture to support the development of business cases and project initiation and also detailed specifications management, within a project, to support systems development, testing and implementation.
He collaborates with programmers, engineers, and/or product managers during development, testing and acceptance phases during the project implementation and takes responsibility for writing specific functional documentation and design (Specifications, User guides, reports, presentations,...) for ITS exchange products (Matching Engine, Market Operations tools, Referential application, etc ).

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Cash and Derivatives Business knowledge (order types, matching algorithms, Cash Instruments: Equity, ETF, Warrants, and Derivatives: Options & Futures )
Any additional Business knowledge obtained in Exchange Trading & Finance (Pre-Trade Risk Management, MiFID2, )
Any technical knowledge would be a plus (protocols, recovery method, system failure handling, )
Good planning and estimating skills with a demonstrable track record in using these successfully in a high change, multi-discipline environment
Educated to degree level or equivalent with no more than 5 years of professional experience
Fully fluent in English
