Skills :
○ Process minded, in line with ITIL practices
○ Capacity to work in international environment
○ Communication skills, good editorial, drafting and communication ability
○ Faculty to negotiate in complex context
○ Ability to interact with senior managers
- Google Suite
- Delivery (ITIL processes),
- negotiation skills.

Professional experience

○ Experience in project / operations in IS Infrastructure
○ Experience in customer relationship
○ Experience in implementation of methods & processes

Languages: English, French. German is a plus.

MISSION :

The aim of the mission is to manage the divestiture and the Service Delivery during the TSA of the global Collaboration Services, mainly on Google Suite :

● Your are the main contact for the buyers of the Collaboration Services : Google Suite, Smarthost
● You are the main contact with the supplier for the design, build and delivery during the TSA
● In charge to design, with the contribution of the supplier and the buyers, the appropriate
scenarios to deliver the Google Suite Service in line with the requirements in term of data segregation and security
● Design and build the delivery service with the contribution of the supplier in order to offer
monitoring, reporting and support
● Design, build the relationship, governance model, service description with the buyers for the recurrent Service Delivery during the TSA
● Draw up and negotiate the service contract with the supplier for both implementation scenarios and Service Delivery
● Manage the scenarios and service with the collaboration of the Infra regional contacts including RDM, RRM and the Infra HD
● Manage the relationship and follow KPI / SLA with the supplier on the Service. Steer regular meetings on the Service based on the governance model that has been defined
● Manage the continuous relationship with the buyers in line with the service description (TSA) and the governance model
● Conduct communication with the regions for the Service
● Ensure continuous improvement and manage quality : action plan definition; follow-up, KPI follow-
up. Manage the replacement of hardware (Chromebox) due to obsolescence
● Ensure service continuity and guarantee the expected level of service : incident / complaint management. Manage Service Improvement Plan (SIP)
