IS Infra Front Office / Back Office service RFP Lead
Skills Area : solid experience with workstations key
activities (SCCM management, P2P Technology, packaging, mastering). Strong ITIL knowledge on processes, Project management, Remote collaboration
Hard: Solid experience of project management, good knowledge and practice of back office / front office activities on Windows workstations ( packaging,
mastering, SCCM, P2P) good knowledge of contract management.
ITIL certified with practice.
- Soft: strong skills of collaboration, High
focus on change management required.
Appreciated : Experience on leading/coordinating RFPs,
possibly in similar domains, is a plus
Experience in cloud device management
solitons (such as MS intune)
Languages : French - English - good for professional
usage, able to work with international teams
Details for project scope / context :
SBS is implementing service model. For Infra, this
leads among various changes to the implementation of some new services :
workstation / application delivery & device management with some impacts on the way
our current front office / back office
processes and organizations work.
The provider’s contract for back office (SCCM)
management expires end 2019.
The Goal of this RFP is to maintain SCCM management
and to extend the scope some front office activities (Packaging and Mastering) linked to service model implementation to the provider.
Details of missions / tasks :
- Short-term (2-3 months) : clarify scope and
define specifications for future RFP
- Mid-Term (from Sept) : launch RFP, structure, coordinate the various phases (First consultation, short list, BAFO, ...)
= Provider choice by December
- Then, Q1 2020: start transition
