The resource must have a solid experience on IT support at the workplace, WINTEL environments and local networks. He/she will be in constant interaction with Remote Support for solving issues with portable office equipment, switches, servers, printers, workstations, configurations etc.. Besides, the IT specialist must have an acceptable level of English, enough to work by phone and attend technical meetings in that language, and be a driving license holder and owe a vehicle.
Previous experience in IT support min. 3 - 5 years
Strong understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange mailbox administration, group policies, domain controllers.
Good knowledge of routers, firewalls, switches, VPN devices, and Wireless and other networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Good understanding of AV technologies and experience of their administration
Strong understanding of backups and restoration methods
Strong understanding of NTFS and share permissions on previous and current Windows Server environments
Essential Job Functions:
Work with systems for endpoint device management. Includes software distribution, updates, patching virus protection, and imaging, etc.
Assist with network account creation and troubleshooting.
Clearly document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for self-produced technical work and job processes.
Provide management and administrative support of digital communication systems; including training and orientation for staff and administrations.
Monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards.
Research, recommend and apply new technologies as they emerge.
