with fluent English & German to work in Switzerland for a contract position of 6 months(with a possibility of extension) for a multinational client.

Job Title: SAP HCM PY CH (Swiss Payroll) Consultant - Manager
Duration: 6 months plus possible extension
Work location: Zurich, Switzerland
Languages: English & German. French would be an asset
Remote Partial remote work can be allowed
Scope of the Project:
Work on the account on day-to-day business (requests from EE’s, authority handling, tax/social security corrections on previous years without a lot of information, ..)
Assure knowledge transfer (procedures and tasks) after an employee’s departure
Training the team and new onboarded employees on these procedures and Swiss environment handling (eg. legislation, canton handling, SAP tips and tricks, ..)
Optimise the existant, and/or create new procedures, automate and establish best practices for Swiss Payroll teams
Work with the AMS Counterparts to have these planned/implemented/..
Clarify/clean-up SAP data and procedures
Interact on a daily basis with the team that provides services out of Zurich (mostly German/English) and Zwickau Germany (German/English)
Assure that the team and SAP system is completely ready for the year-end actions to be provided in January/February 2020 investigate process to soft close up front
Location : On client site in Zurich when requested. A part of the mission can be done remotely.
Must Have Skills:
- Project manager
: Experience managing a SAP HCM Payroll team
- AMS Process expert
- SAP HCM consultant expert in Swiss Payroll
- Proficient in English & German
