We are looking for a person present mainly in Luxembourg to support all group entities
Improved end users service on the workstation (knowledge base, incident resolution assistance, continuous improvement)
Leading infrastructure
Experience in W10, Office 2016
Piloting support activities with delegation to an external provider
Application integration in Windows, package evolution management ODBC links problem solving , network feeds, Applications integration
Users communication/training
Audits
Resolution tracking capability with multiple stakeholders Good organisational and project management capacity
