Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Microsoft
Office, IT Service Management) are desirable
Role specific experience
Knowledge of application platforms (e.g. Portal/Content Management, Unified Communications, Enterprise Resource Planning, Master Data Management, Identity Access Management, Workflow/Case management, Document Management) is desirable.
Experience working with bespoke applications is desirable.
Role specific skills, competencies & responsibilities
Demonstrable competences/responsibilities in the role are:
Liaise with 1st & 3rd line support for specific incidents related to the applications;
Receive, process, investigate and escalate (if needed) incidents from 1st level;
Knowledge in IT Service Management and/or Risk frameworks, and/or international standards.
